Shipping and Returns

We offer fixed free shipping based on order size above or below USD200 and the shipping destination. Exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Your items is shipped from our main warehouses in Guatemala or Norway and is carried out by DHL express. 

If your item need to be brought overseas from Latin America to Europe it will take approximately 2 weeks to get it to you as our sustainability commitment led us to implement a process of collecting orders for the last week in one shipment to Europe.

If your item is a preorder you will be informed on when you will receive it. Normally within 4 weeks.

We can offer local pickup in Oslo if items are in stock. Please contact hello@marmaclub.com for details.

No shipping to your country

If we are not shipping to your country, it does not mean you can´t buy a Marmaclub bag. Please get in touch on hello@marmaclub.com and we will figure out the cost and process to ship it to you.

Damaged goods

Every bag is packed carefully but should there be any damage during shipping, please report this to us by sending an email to hello@marmaclub.com.

Be accurate with your shippingdetails

All parcels are sent directly to you with tracking and tracing. You will be notified by SMS upon delivery. Make sure to carefully type in all information needed for the delivery, both email and phone no must be accurate. If goods are returned due to lacking or wrong information on the order we unfortunately must charge you for it.

The shipping providers contact information can be found by following the tracking link provided to you in your email upon shipment confirmation. Please contact the shipping provider for other questions regarding transport.

Notification of defects

In the case of product defects, you are welcome to open a case with our team. We will be more than happy to assess the issue and find a solution. However, please be aware that if the defect is due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or an unwanted incident, your right to open a case is renounced. Also remember handmade products naturally differ a little in size, this is not a defect.

Returns and the right to withdraw

MarmaClub will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date the goods arrived to you. Please read the Return/Withdrawal form carefully and follow the procedure described to get your refund.

Vintage and/or custom-made/ made to order  products are not eligible for returns.
