We offer free shipping above USD 200. Below this limit there is a fixed shipping-fee dependent on where to ship.

At this time we are shipping to selected countries within North America, EU, UK and EEC. Shipping is done from our main warehouse in Mexico. Some items are also stored in Sweden (for EU customers) and Norway.  Shipping from Mexico to our European stores is done by UPS, the last leg to our customer's address is by different logistics partners, depending on country.

If your item need to be brought overseas from Mexico it will take approximately 2 weeks to get it to you as our sustainability commitment lead us to a process of collecting orders for the last week in one shipment to Europe for dispatching in Strömstad, Sweden.

We can offer local pickup in Mexico City and Oslo if items are in stock. Please contact hello@marmaclub.com for details.

No shipping to your country

If we are not shipping to your country, it doesn´t mean you are not able to buy a Marmaclub bag. Please get in touch on hello@marmaclub.com and we will figure out the cost and process to ship it to you.

Every bag is packed carefully but should there be any damage during shipping, please report this to us by sending an email to hello@marmaclub.com.

All parcels are sent directly to you with tracking and tracing. You will be notified by SMS upon delivery. Make sure to carefullty type in all information needed for the delivery, both email and phoneno must be accurate.

The shipping providers contact information can be found by following the tracking link provided to you in your email upon shipment confirmation. Please contact the shipping provider for other questions regarding transport.

Notification of defects

In the case of product defects, you are welcome to open a case with our team. We will be more than happy to assess the issue and find a solution. However, please be aware that if the defect is due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or an unwanted incident, your right to open a case is renounced. Also remember handmade products naturally differ a little in size, this is not a defect.

Returns and the right to withdraw

MarmaClub will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date the goods arrived to you. Please read the Return/Withdrawal form carefully and follow the procedure described to get your refund.

Vintage and/or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
