Shipping & Returns

Shipping info:

All orders are packed and shipped from Mexico City, where our fantastic artisans based in Puebla deliver their artwork every week. The goods are packed and sent from our fulfillment center directly to customers in the US and Mexico, and as a biweekly shipment to Sweden for further transport to our customers in the European Union and Norway.

Because we has decided to start our journey with this shipping process, you as a customer might have to wait up to two weeks for your precious piece of artwork. It is made especially for you, with love for the art of beading, and we believe it is well worth waiting for. 

Every bag is packed carefully by professionals, but should there be any damage during shipping, please report this to us by sending an email to hello@marmaclub.com.

All parcels are sent directly to you with tracking and tracing. Please contact the shipping provider for questions regarding transport. Their contact information can be found by following the tracking link provided to you in your email upon shipment confirmation.

Please note, at this time we are only able to ship to the United States, Mexico, Norway, and the European Union. We hope to expand to the rest of the world soon. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to be updated as soon as we open to additional countries! 

 

Returns

MarmaClub will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date the goods arrived to you. Please read the Return/Withdrawal form carefully and follow the procedure described to get your refund.

Vintage and/or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

Notification of defects

In the case of product defects, you are welcome to open a case with our team. We will be more than happy to assess the issue and find a solution. However, please be aware that if the defect is due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or an unwanted incident, your right to open a case is renounced.
